Very personable service from the lads in sales. Would be good to offer a more bespoke service whereby purchasers could physically meet to build a vehicle rather than it all be done via email/phone calls - something to consider. Obviously the pandemic through up elongated delivery dates, which was painful when not knowing how long I was going to have to wait, but when it suddenly turns up out of the blue all the huffing and puffing fades away and now enjoying the new van. Very good experience I’m struggling to find anything negative to say about Swiss vans

My experience of Swiss Vans was a very good one. Given the current global shortage of new vehicles and difficulties in obtaining them I feel that the Sales Guy, Simon Lewis, went out of his way to get me a new van. I had initially ordered a new Van back in October and was prepared to wait potentially 9 months to get it due to the shortage. However, in February I desperately needed the van and Simon pulled out the stops to help me get it. There were a few problems along the way but I don't believe that Swiss Vans were the cause of any of them. Ultimately I ended up with a Brand New Van at the beginning of March. It wasn't quite the full spec' that I had originally ordered but given the recent price rise and the lack of new vehicles I was pleased to make a few minor sacrifices to get a new van. This is the second van I have bought from Swiss Vans and I would use them again in the future. I would recommend them.

Swiss vans is a one stop shop for your new commercial vehicle. Cole is you man if you need a new van. He sourced a new T6.1 for me after a talking to him on the phone for 10 minutes he could get me a choice of 3 brand new unregistered panel vans. My nearest VW dealer could not get me a New vehicle until 2023 ! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new Van or commercial vehicle, top class service.
