Terrible company. Arrived at Dalaman late at night with 5 children and no-one there to meet us. Tried calling office but no answer. Eventually 2 guys showed up & took us to office. Not pleased with Dacia 7 seater as sounded awful but told all they had. Sure enough Dacia broke down in Kalkan 2 days later & had to be towed away. Finally got replacement the next evening but been charged £54 for receiving calls from Breakdown company, Tow Driver & Cizgi. Also had to get taxi back to our villa when car broke down. Despite several emails, Cizgi not prepared to reimburse these costs. Would not recommend this company at all. Customer Service is appalling. This was our first visit to Turkey and we turned off our data roaming on our phones to avoid any charges. Had no idea that we would have been charged £54 to receive 3 calls but had to answer phone to take calls from breakdown company, tow truck driver & Cizgi. The least Cizgi could do is meet me half way with these costs as this was through no fault of our own. Me having to get costs authorised is just a ridiculous comment. As for the taxi fare, we were more concerned with getting the young children back to our villa when the car wouldn’t start late at night so it didn’t cross our mind to get authorisation from Cizgi for this cost. This company have treated us really badly and we would not recommend them to anyone.

Pls refer to my review on 29 July, 24. I gave Cizgi 5 Stars. As usual, I recently asked call centre by EMAIL to book me 2 cars for 30 days each wef 6 September. The call centre declined my request stating that I must book online. I rented yr cars 5 times (2023/2024) all thru EMAIL with booking references 1301502, 1310630, 1362823, 1462562, 1474243. I therefore request the management thru this forum to accept my request as I still wish to enjoy yr services.
