I am writing this review because I am unable to respond to the reply from Cizgi Rent A Car. I have receipts for both the tire replacement and the tow truck, which I have sent to you. The incident occurred at 3 a.m. in the pouring rain. No one answered my calls at your office, and no one around us spoke English. You assured me that the car had a spare tire in case of an emergency. However, the spare tire mechanism was faulty and wouldn’t open. We asked several people for help, but no one could open the spare tire. With the help of a friend, I managed to order a tow truck. Before moving the car, the tow truck driver also tried to access the spare tire but failed. He eventually took us to a tire shop where the mechanic also couldn't open the spare tire. As a result, I had to pay for a new tire. You lied to me! The car was provided with a serious safety issue. I relied on your assurance that there was a functional spare tire, but the screw was broken. When I returned the car, I asked your staff to open the spare tire, and they also couldn’t do it. I have all the receipts, videos, photos, emails, and messages detailing how poorly your staff attended to this issue. I will not stop until I am reimbursed for the money I spent.

Habe ausdrücklich ein Diesel Fahrzeug gemietet. Es stand auch in der Unterlage Diesel drin. Als ich ankam haben die mich auf ein Benziner Fahrzeug gedrängt. Mir blieb nichts anderes übrig. Ich mache sowas nie wieder.
