I’m extremely disappointed with Cizgi Rent a Car due to the abrupt cancellation of my reservation without any notice or explanation. This happened at the airport, right after I arrived, at the company’s counter, leaving me in a very inconvenient and stressful situation. I booked a car 10 days in advance to ensure a smooth experience after my long 6-hour flight. However, upon reaching the rental counter in the airport, I was informed that my booking had been canceled "Just now" by the company. No reasons were provided, and the employee offered no assistance in resolving the situation. I provided all the required documents—my passport, valid driving license, ID, and a physical credit card—but this made no difference. The lack of communication, transparency, and customer care is unacceptable. This experience has left me stranded and frustrated, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this company.

We had booked a car at Europcar in Sabiha Gokchen in Istanbul. We arrived at 01:00 in the night and their creditcard machine was not working. They left us without a car in the middel of the night. Luckily somebody from our flight spoke Turkish as nobody at the desk was able to speak English. He talked for us with Emin at Avec who was able to help me. He didn't take advantage of the situation and rented us a better car against the same rate as at Europcar. Everything was done in a few minutes. We are very thankful that Emin was able to help and so kind.

If you want to rent a car online, it is cheaper. However, online listings show cars as not available, but when you visit the sales office, they are available at an extra cost.
