We rented a car for 11 days. From Konya to Izmir. We got a car from 2023. After few days a got a message on the car LCD screen that the battery in the key is empty. Every 2 minutes I got a warning on the screen. I stopped, contacted with the online application to the main office, asked what to do? I got an answer: go to the first petrol station, change the battery and take the receipt. The amount I should get back after returning the car. After returning the car to Izmir Airport they told me that on the receipt it is not written "battery" in turkish but something else. They refused my request to pay for the battery. The cost for the battery was 3 EUR. Not kidding!! They told me that this is not their fault. I don´t know why the guy at the petrol station gave me the receipt with another item? I don´t know Turkish language. After all it was all about 3 eur. Next day (I am writting this review from home) Cizgi rent a car offered me a voucher for 3 eur for the next time when I will be visiting Turkey. LOL. I answered them it is to late now I don't want to rent a car from this company anytime in the future. Conclusion: If everything is going ok, renting a car from this company is ok, but if something goes wrong, they refuse to pay for changing the battery. It is a obligatory from the company that the cars are maintained. Bojan Lindic

Nous avons loué un véhicule avec Cizgi pour notre roadtrip en Turquie. La flotte de véhicule est neuf avec peu de kilomètre au compteur. Les routes sont belles et la conduite est tranquille en dehors de la ville. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Oktay au retour à bodrum avec un transfert rapide à l’aéroport. Je recommande.
