I recently had a survey conducted by Plansing Structural Engineers in London. It was completed as scheduled, and the survey was thorough and highly informative. The surveyor took the time to explain everything clearly, including his reasoning. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a structural surveyor.

Very unprofessional services. Would not recommend. The whole process was just stressful. Appointment set, surveyor never arrived, no one was answering my calls. After calling 47 times, I managed to get through to someone who claimed there was an accident. I 100% sympathise with that, but the unresponsiveness of the "customer support" team just made it look so sketchy. Then I got a dedicated team member to support re-scheduling and it was impossible to get through to them again (LOL). As if my journey was not bad enough, surveyor comes in, does their job (which I 100% doubt the reliability of, see why below) and confirms via text that the wall I want to bring down is non-structural. I then had to wait 1 week (when supposedly I was given express service for the inconvenience) for the report. And BLIMEY, that report was the worst report I've ever seen. It was non explanatory at all, there was no summary of findings, responding to the single query that I made, which was 'is that wall structural', and on top of that, the report was suggesting that a beam is required. After a lot of frustration I managed to get the team to schedule a call with me to discuss (taking time off my very busy schedule to tell them how to do their job) and only thing I'll say is that my confidence on their report plummeted after that call. The advisors had no idea what they were talking about, they tried to challenge me on the written response that I sent to them from their own structural engineer who did the survey, and in the end they agreed that what I was saying was right and they would schedule time with the structural engineer to discuss what happened. They then came back to me 3 days later with a 1-page report saying the wall is non-structural. Like HOW in hell can I trust that report when I had to go through all this?? Funniest thing is they tried to give me 20£ back to give them my kind words. So here are my kind words 'Get your game together'. I haven't had the time to escalate this further but will definitely be taking action! WORST SERVICES EVER!

The plans we were provided were not worth the paper they were written on. I wanted to vault a ceiling & install skylights & solar panels in an extension. Firstly they originally only provided skylights & solar plans, no mention of vaulting. They missed a steel beam in the survey, so the skylights couldn't be installed in the right position, failed to measure the roof and went off floor plans provided by the estate agent which were not the same as the roof which went over an adjacent garage. 1 month late to get vaulting plans, found it impossible to speak to a person, only communication via portal system of raising tickets & passing them to a team who don't accept requests to call back. The lady who sold it to me is no longer available on WhatsApp. They eventually said "why don't you take the roof off and put a new one on?" So I'm left with no vaulted veiling & 3 skylights out of place. £1200 I'd paid for the plans! Total rubbish.

So far, our experience is terrible. The first lady I spoke to was knowledgeable and pleasant, but things have gone downhill rapidly from there. We need a party wall agreement to put up a small conservatory and remove a brick built shed. No answer to phone calls and they obviously don't read emails. I refused to sign to appoint them and they still sent the email. I had to ask for several corrections to a poorly written party wall agreement. I have today received a phone call from Michael apologising for any misunderstanding and saying that they are committed to completing my party wall agreement. He has explained more of their process and says that they are dealing with it then Michael also asked me take down my review. We still have no party wall agreement. Apparently my emails are not being received, I don't understand why because I am replying to emails which have been sent to me! My builder has been trying to schedule a meeting, but is not getting replies to his emails and is not getting calls back!! I have asked for a refund and will be contacting my bank to initiate a payment dispute.
