BEWARE!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could do 0 Stars I would. We hired this 'company' via the platform 'Bark' and regret it massively. We needed a structural engineers report urgently for our mortgage application and plansing offered everything we needed, they could visit the next day and at a cost of £700 were the cheapest out there and on bark had amazing reviews, it seemed too good to be true and it was! To set everything up they couldnt be more helpful and sent the invoice quickly, however everything went down hill from there. The person they sent out wasnt even a structural engineer at all but told us he would be consulting with one. We then had to chase the report and found them impossible to contact with no answer on any numbers. This promoted me to look them up on trustpilot where I was faced with the reality of this company. After chasing all day we received the report only to find some of the information we needed wasnt included which was in relation to trees, we then had to chase them again and they threw in some half arsed information. After submitting to our lenders it was rejected as the guy wasnt a structural engineer at all which is where we realised we had been shafted. Shockingly we managed to talk to someone who kept saying they would get a manager which never materialised. We had to instruct another company to do the survey and in the mean time requested for a refund from these charlatans. They now ignore all our communications and we are taking the matter up with trading standards. I can only assume all the good reviews on here must be fake as indicated on trustpilot as they have had to remove fake reviews previously. PLEASE AVOID THESE PEOPLE. Cheaper does not mean better its worth spending more to get the right help and avoid this stress.

WARNING ‼️ ⛔️ Please avoid this disgraceful company, we recently purchased a property from auction and needed a chartered structural engineer to provide a service for a structural report. They turned up, having no idea what to do, paid for a “speedy service” it’s now been 10 days and was stated to be two days. Once we have received the report, we sent it to the mortgage company for it to be declined as they DONT have the correct credentials / qualifications…. The report was done by a Civil engineer and NOT a structural engineer… they seem to think the civil engineer qualification ICE is acceptable…. But it is NOT. They are not a creditable company and are COWBOYS. We have asked for a full refund £700…. But I don’t expect it to ever reach back to our bank account. I will be involving trading standards to help protect other people from this experience. To also add- the customer service is just the phone ringing and ringing so expect to never talk to anyone…. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for the love of god.

I just wanted a basic report to say there is sufficient support as requested by the lender. The Plansing man who did the survey didn't seem to know what he was doing or why he was there, he took ages and measured every room when we only asked for the chimney structure to be confirmed. He then left a heavy ladder up which I struggled with alone to put away when I was trying to look after my severley disabled mum who it now seems they are trying to get extra money out of by saying she needs another survey and more structural support!  They are impossible to get in touch with I have left 2 voicemails and no one has responded. Thank God I only paid them 50% upfront and not the full amount although I am trying to get a refund for the service they provided. Avoid this company at all costs! Pay a bit more and get a reputable company!

The reason I chose Plansing was due to the 5 point step detailed in the contract to get our boundary dispute resolved. The attention provided by Plansing staff was very good to start with but thereafter I could not get a response from a member of staff who responded promptly to initial request and questions. I called, text and emailed. This aspect was very disappointing. A member of the operation team was also slightly impatient during one of meetings. The Plansing surveyor was excellent with regards to communication with me and our neighbour. The Plansing report fulfilled the required resolution without the need for steps 4 and 5 i.e., Mediation / Negotiation with the Neighbour and Legal Support.

It was really pleasant dealing with this company, i had a strict timeframe in which i needed structural calculations and the whole team absolutely smashed it. Sophie was really helpful, I enjoyed communicating with her as her replies were super fast.

I never give bad reviews, but this was too much. Stay away, no knowledge, just trying to get quick money for poor and quick service. I needed an SE, and I´ve been speaking with an 18 years old account manager, pay a little more and go with a proper professional. You wont get any value out of this company. It will get in trouble soon I guess.

I would not use Plansing again. The surveyor turned up to the wrong house, it took another week for them to turn up to the right house. I was told the report would follow a few days after the visit… it took 2 weeks to get the report, no one was answering the phone to me or replying to my calls to chase the report. When the report did arrive, it was full of inaccurate information, the address was listed incorrectly and ‘facts’ about the house were wrong. The engineer also didn’t have the specified accreditation we were assured they had. I am sorry I ever instructed Plansing to work with us.

Muhammad arrived on time and was very good and answered all my questions with re assurances. I await the final designs.

We found Plansing to be a friendly and approachable company to work with .During the course of our project we had to make a few changes and alter a few images and the team were very patient , after a few adjustments we all managed to finalise the project very successfully and to our specifications .

They are professional and I am happy with their service.

I needed a survey for my property and signed up with Bark Team, receiving my first response from PLASING. They requested an upfront payment, which is fairly standard. The surveyor, Mr. Daniel, arrived on time and presented himself in a professional manner, demonstrating his expertise. He dedicated a thorough two and a half hours to reviewing the property and ensure everything was addressed. I am still awaiting the survey report, so I cannot yet provide a full review of the company. However, I am pleased with Mr. Daniel's work and would gladly recommend him to my family and friends once I receive the report.

Plansing were professional throughout the process starting with scheduling engineer’s visit followed by submission of design. They did not hesitate revising the design 2 times just based on mine and builder’s request as builder to make it economical for me yet inline with building regulation. I strongly recommend them for any building related project.

I had terrible experience with Plansing for my bathroom remodel. The project took over two month instead of the promised three weeks. Customer support was poor and workers often left a mess behind.I would not recommend their service

I had just done site survey from them and they are so incompetent they didn't visit my site properly. More the site surveyor is so rude and don't listen to anything. I personally don't recommend this company to anyone
