J'ai commandé 2 médailles une grosse pour mon bouvier bernois et une petite pour mon teckel. Je suis super contente !!! Elles sont magnifiques. Le gavage et aussi vraiment très bien. La livraison est super rapide et le petit plus .... un petit paquet très soigné !! Une belle découverte ! Je recommande et je recommanderai rien que pour me faire plaisir avec d'autre modèle....elles sont additif c est médailles 😉

We bought the original collar + leash at the airport in Italy + a tag. We absolutely loved the material, color and overall quality. So, when our little puppy somehow found her collar and chewed on it, we immediately ordered a new one. It's too good to not have!

I am very divided on writing this review. I met MyFamily in the airport of Rome and I loved the history behind their company and their products, I find them unique and the touch of Italian craftsmanship is lovely. The prices are also great, which makes products available for many more pet owners. Sadly I had an unpleasant experience when I purchased the trolley Desley (black). The website said it has shoulder straps, I also wrote them to be ensured that it had indeed shoulder straps since I could not see it anywhere in the product's pictures. I was assured that the product has indeed shoulder straps; I order it and when I unbox it, no straps. I email MyFamily right away, who reply promptly (I do appreciate this for sure), in which they apologised saying that they changed the product and they had not updated the website yet. The new trolley does not come with shoulder straps.... what disappointed me the most is that they just thanked me for pointing it out, instead of mentioning to return it or offering a discount in another product. I had to basically ask if return was possible and they had to check based on the state of the product (which by now, after waiting some days to solve the issue, I had used due to necessity). I decided to keep the product, but I did expect another way in which this matter was handled. Besides that, the product material is great, I love that everything is waterproof and the details are very well thought. Perhaps the wheels can be designed quieter, since if the pet is in it, it can be very noisy when rolling the trolley over certain surfaces. I love the design, the space and the quality of it though. I hope that in the future they reconsider adding back the shoulder straps.
