The livestream of my mother's funeral that Scott provided was outstanding! He was discrete yet captured the key elements of the event and the feedback we received from friends and family around the world was excellent. Outside of the excellence of the videorgraphy I would also like to say it was a pleasure dealing with Scott throughout the process. Overall a super service and experience.

Scott made a beautiful video of our mum's funeral service which meant that family on the other side of the world could watch later. He was professional, understanding and supportive. Some of the family were worried that cameras would be too prominent in the church but Scott made sure that they were placed discretely and so were hardly noticeable. We're really pleased with the results.

Scott was very professional, accomodating, and offered top rate service. He arrived promptly, had everything setup before the congregation started arriving. The videoing service was so non-intrusive, that you barely noticed the event was being recorded and streamed, so everything was natural. The service lasted much longer than anticipated, but Scott took it in his stride, and did not once show any sign of frustration. So professional, and calm. He managed to work two cameras on his own, making smooth live transitions between the cameras. Watching the recording back afterwards, it is such an excellent live event, so well covered. One might worry about "tech issues" if one covered it onself, but this was thoroughly professional from start to finish.

We had a live stream service for the Church and the burial at the cemetery. Both were clear sound and viewing and the funeral was fully captured. A good addition to include when there is a viewing break between the Church and travelling to the burial ground at the cemetery would be a screen display saying something like ‘ viewing will resume shortly with the burial’. We were trying to find someone who could live stream my father's funeral service, so that my brother in America and other people who couldn't attend the service in person could watch it. My sister found the link to Scott's website and shared it with me. Right from the initial call Scott couldn't have been more helpful, and his professionalism shone throughout. He is exactly the kind of person you want to work with, particularly at what can be a very stressful time for all the family. He exudes confidence, built on a solid foundation of knowledge and experience, and I think it's fair to say that nothing fazes Scott. Every church, and possibly every funeral service, has its own idiosyncracies, but with every question we asked of Scott he had the perfect answer. We initially had some concerns about the wifi and cellular coverage at the church, but Scott utilises cellular bonding technology that ensures connectivity at all times - basically the same technology that is used for outside broadcasting. The church where we held the service also had a downstairs overflow room, to which Scott ran a fibre-optic cable and a large screen so that any attendees there wouldn't miss out. In the main church itself Scott ran a double camera system that resulted in a broadcast-quality live stream. The equipment Scott uses really is first class, and everyone who used the link on the day has praised the quality of the filming. Subsequent to the service Scott then makes the recording available for download in a variety of formats. The evening before the funeral I suddenly remembered I hadn't shared any photos with Scott for him to put on the web page where he was hosting the live stream. I sent him a very apologetic email together with a photo, and at 08:00 on the day of the funeral Scott replied to say that it was all set up and ready. That kind of service is second-nature to Scott. As you can tell by this point in my review, I have nothing but praise for Scott and his work. He has been a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him without hesitation.
