I bought the multi color robot for my son twice. I live in NYC and I still will wait to get this book bag because it's my son's and will not get confused with another. The art jumps off the backpack everytime and gets many compliments. So then I got another bag for the weekend with a cityscape print. Also love. Can't wait to get his sister's a bag. Fantastic upholds in rain sun and snow. Love it.

I was never informed of delivery. It was a gift. Fortunately they did let me know. (1 October 2021). They finally received the backpack. They love it!! It is exactly what they wanted. And, I was very glad that I was able to give it to them.

My bag is beautiful. Even nicer in person than online. Would definitely recommend, quality is fab and definitely buy of babymel again. The package arrived very quickly - much quicker than I expected, the backpacks inside look ok (haven't yet handed them to the kids). My previous experience with the company was also good - when our first backpack's trim line failed, we were immediately sent a replacement that has been with us ever since. Most importantly - the backpacks wash easily and colors don't fade.

I needed to contact customer care with a query about the name tag and they were so prompt and polite and sent me a replacement no quibbles. Perfect. The bag is amazing quality too!

Excellent changing bag. Not only has everything you need but also looks nice. I had a good changing bag previous to this but felt reluctant to use it as it didn’t have a stylish feel to it. With this I have the best of both!
