Nice rucksack and quick delivery

Whilst thus review is not in relation to goods received, its about great customer service. We ordered a Robyn Convertible Backpack in Tweed and within a couple of hours I got an email it was being delivered next day! Excellent, and free service too. Sadly we'd ordered for our daughter in law, who it turns out has already has one! I sent an email asking to cancel if possible? Within in minutes, I got a nice email back cancelling order and immediate notification of pending refund. OK, we did not receive any goods, but this shows, IMO, great customer service, something lacking with a lot of other companies nowadays.

The wrong item was originally sent, but after a quick email to Babymel, I was told the correct item would be sent out the next day, which it was and I couldn’t fault the customer service staff and how quickly they responded to me. I have purchased from them a number of times and products are high quality, with fast dispatch and A* customer service.

Perfect foldable shopping bag to go with my baby bag.

Great quality, quick delivery, and a fast response from customer service when I had a question (even over a bank holiday weekend). The designs are mature (others are more child focuses but thus doesn't suit us). Comfortable to wear in multiple ways and easy to extend the straps. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a bag to use day in day out with a baby whether it be on the pram or on your person. Really looking forward to using this changing bad for a long time to come.

Fantastic bag, perfect for day trips out with little one. We were able to fill the bag with bottles, flasks of water, change of clothes, nappies and wipes! Brilliant size and very good quality!

Product arrived earlier than expected (was on pre-order for June 2021 but arrived in April!) and is exactly as described. Looks good quality, and although we won’t be trying out properly until July when baby arrives it looks perfect for the job!
