I cannot recommend this shop highly enough! They have lovely quality items (some of which are brand names) and incredible prices. Not to mention that if you do have an issue with your order, their customer service team are second to none. One of my items, a beautifully soft, snuggly fleece jumper, arrived with a hole in it. Upon contacting customer service, they replied promptly with a response that went above and beyond what I had expected. Not only did they offer a refund for the item, but on top of that they said they would send me a replacement, along with some free gifts. I'm so excited to see what the free gifts are, and I'm astounded at how kindly they treat their customers. Thank you so much, Lessthan10pounds.com!! I will 100% be shopping here again - very frequently! Update: I'm so very happy with the gifts they sent me, they are beautiful and so much more than I expected. Not happy I ordered a long dress and got a short one, also you can’t download a return label so had to send a message. To much of a faff for my liking After my first review I was not happy but since then I have been in touch with a guy called Demetrios and he has been very helpful and refunded my money also sent me two free items of clothing so not all bad after all
