Your banner on your website says next day delivery it does not say free delivery if ordered before 2pm perhaps this something you should add. LTTP been in contact and have fixed problems so have changed review to give credit where it's due

Cant believe the quality of the clothes which feel great&don’t get damaged or shrink if I wash them - apparently ex-branded so I’m guessing that’s why.
