After reading my review, AMR made several attempts to contact me and we finally spoke on the 3/08/2023. The lovely lady I spoke with was so helpful and asked the right questions to understand what I was after in a hair colour. As I explained to her, I was not unhappy with the service, just disappointed with the product I purchased when unable to get the one I had ordered and received previously. She explained to me that the colour that I had ordered would definitely throw more gold and explained a bit about the colour numbering that hairdressers go by. To continue, the lady arranged to send out a new sample of a colour and a peroxide that she thought I would be happy with. Thank you Sam. I can't wait to try this new colour at my next hair appontment.
