Our Mortgage Consultant, Tom Mainwaring, was able to source mortgage products that met our criteria quickly and efficiently, allowing us to put an offer in and secure a mortgage in principle the same day. His knowledge of the buy-to-let market, not only in England & Wales but also in Scotland - where the process is a little different, is excellent. Once we had the mortgage offer our Case Handler, Courtney Smith, ensured the rest of the process ran smoothly. When any unexpected issue did arise which was out of their hands.
