A genuinely good experience. The good feedback and ease of contactability, made Dynamo stand out for me. The personnel I have dealt with were knowledgeable; patient; friendly and kept me up to date. There was no dead silences leaving me to wonder if or when I would know what was going on. I also like the set up for communicating with the legal team. Although I could not get through on the phone, my subsequent email was responded to quickly.

Found Dynamo through a comparison web site and what an amazing service. Despite having to change the mortgage several times Simon sorted everything out to suit my needs and requirements. Backed up by the Evelyn who was amazing at keeping me informed and updated. If all Mortgage companies worked like this it would make buying so much easier. I will definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Although I've owned properties but this is my first buy-to-let.
