Ordered a glass tankard and in the description is stated ''Your glass will arrive in a gift box, ready to give straight to the recipient'' however, when it arrived, there was no gift box, it came in a small, paper thin, flimsy, white, packaging box stuffed with scrunched up brown paper, and NOTHING like a gift box whatsoever. I assumed they must have forgotten to pack it, so messaged them on Amazon to ask that the gift box be sent to me, and they responded 'did it not come in a white box?'' When I explained thatit came in a cheap white cardboard packaging box, but not a gift box as the ad had stated, they left the conversation and did not have the decency to reply. They literally tried pass a nasty cheap packaging box off as a gift box, fob me off and then rudely leave mid conversation when they couldn't answer my question... disgusting customer service and false advertising, reported to Amazon.

Very late delivery. Advertised express delivery but arrived 10 days later The company has also accused me of having an incorrect post code - when I have evidence via email to show in fact my correct postcode Absolutely shocking behaviour

It said they would be delivered by 19h July (which was our last day of term) however they arrived today at 2:45 (29th July) so I no longer require them.
