This item is a really good gift idea and arrived in good time in good condition. However, the quality of the item could be better. Although, I expect that this is reflected in the price, which is pretty reasonable considering the quality.

Ordered the frame after celebrating our Golden wedding anniversary at a local hotel. The frame is beautiful and a small plaque is engraved with details of the location and date. Arrived quickly and well packaged. So happy that I have ordered another one for our daughter

What an excellent company this is , I ordered a book of condolence which could be personalised and so I placed my order along with what I wanted written on the cover. I then realised that I had mistakenly given them the wrong dates , I rang the next morning and explained gave the correct dates and the book arrived the following day all of the staff concerned couldn't have been more helpful and the book is beautiful
