It’s always difficult to consider a finance decision with a new company. However, this team of individuals were stellar in their efforts to finding an acceptable deal. They were all polite, professional, knew their subjects and delivered that knowledge with zero hard sell. I contacted them on a Thursday and the money was transferred within less than one working week. Jake Rimmer was fantastic. Highly recommended. However, I was most impressed by Jake Garner who chatted through all my life insurance and critical illness protection options. I was astounded when he said that he could not match the existing cover that I had and should stick with that. That approach, dear readers, is the sign of a company who values integrity and sound ethics above the financial bottom line.
