While Believe Loans charges a relatively high fee, it’s important to be aware of the brokerage costs at the outset of the application process. That said, they are highly responsive, and the quality of advice provided is excellent.

Laura delivered very good customer service when discussing our application she was very informative and polite. Our application was passed to another handler whilst Laura was on leave who was very unresponsive and though I appreciate we are not the only customer I was very disappointed at repeatedly being promised same day call backs which never came meaning I had to repeatedly call to try and get an update during this time and though I respect there is not always an update each time I spoke with someone there had in fact been an update which we were not informed of. In addition to this I was unable to access the portal to which I made multiple requests to both Laura and Dean which were never looked into. Throughout our application we were assured several times after providing additional info that this would be everything and should be complete in the next few days on each occasion we had another call to request further information which caused an unnecessary delay as all information could have been provided at once however I appreciate this was due to the lender and not yourselves. Overall Laura provided a good service and was very informative throughout, she took the time to keep us updated where able to and was very pro active in chasing the lender when documentation had been submitted for review.

We managed to get our loan very quickly, Our case manager Laura was great, very friendly nothing was too much and she was quick at responding and resolving any issues.

Laura and Amy were very friendly, helpful and efficient in helping us with our secured loan. We needed it in a short amount of time due to being messed about with another company and thankfully they were able to pull through for us. I would recommend Believe and their services.
