Less then 1. I ordered off this 'company' after getting a 50% coupon. From the beginning even that was a lie. They charged me nearly €100 for 2 dresses that should of come to €36. I called them out on ot and they gave me a €15.00 refund as it was an "oversight". Refused to cancel the order telling me I'd love it when they arrived. Then it arrived after 1 month. The corset part is 2 inches to short. The slit is barely up to my knee, the arm straps are to small to even put an arm though and the seam at the bust area wasn't sewn properly meaning WHEN IT ARRIVED it was already falling apart and they think this is acceptable. Order from anywhere else,this is not a legit company, they'll rob your money and send you crap in return.

Same situations. I would give them 0 star if I can. Firstly, they are scam. They charged me $15usd more than the prices listed on the website and they excused that their website has problem. Secondly, I can’t return my order. I purchased a dress even thought it is the smallest size but it’s still big for me, so I emailed them right away to ask them about return. They asked me if I can give the dress to someone. I said no and they kept asking me for compensation $3, $5, $7, $8 (max) whenever I asked for returning the dress. Wasting time!! At the end, they told me the shipping fee is expensive but I told them I don’t fk care because I don’t want to keep garbages in my house but they keep beating about the bush.

This website layout and products exactly the same as cathedraly.com, possibly the same people for both websites? Both ongitecoude.com and cathedraly.com are using counterfeit of House of CBs images and item descriptions.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took forever to arrive, dresses arrived looking TOTALLY different as advertised. One dress had ripped seams in front and the other was totally see through. Cheap and flimsy material. The worst: apparently I cannot return them because “according to the warehouse, the items are not damaged”. SCAM!! Don’t shop here.

Bought 3 pieces of clothing, using their size chart + reccomendation of sizing up. On their site basketballg.com they promisted a certain quality, double layer, strong hold product. The products I received were not correct in size (not even close as I could fit myself and my husband in it), the quality is one of the cheapest ever seen/felt and is single layer, not double as advertised. Smell like chemicals. False advertisement on quality, fabric, hold, sizing. Looks like a sweatshop product. I paid 51 USD, well I thought I did, but I can see on PayPal they charged 65 USD, another scam - sadly not surpised. They offered 4 USD as a compensation, which does not even over 1/4 of one product. Customer support is very unhelpful and will not give refund, take back products or sendt new ones. They firmly state that there is nothing wrong with the product, even after sending photos of it clearly being nothing as advertised. They say they operate from USA and an american adress is also on some of the web pages, but everything screams China scam. I now later, after having a lot of trouble with them regarding a refund, see lots of bad reviews about them.. Their standard replies:  "But as our warehouse checked, the product they sent to you is correct according to your order. So sorry for the inconvenience that they do not fit you. Will it be possible to give them to others? They are superior in quality and reasonable in price, and also have been in top-seller in our store for many years." "But as we checked, the size we sent to you is correct according to your order. Or maybe you can give it to your friends or family members as gifts. They will love it! Your kind understanding would be highly appreciated." "Thanks for your reply. As our warehouse checked, the product we sent to you is correct indeed. If you would like to return, the shipping fee may be very expensive to you. So how about we refund you 4USD as compensation and you keep the products?"

I was so freaked out when I read the reviews left on this site. Yes, it took a little over a month to recieve, but the dresses look exactly like they do on the website. They fit perfectly and the customer service representative I spoke too was very assuring. I'm sorry for those of you that had issues with your delivery, but I couldn't be happier with the purchase.

I’m quite disappointed at the customer service and question the integrity of this company. I ordered and paid for two dresses; I only received one.. which was listed as 100% cotton on the website. To my surprise, it was 100% polyester on the actual dress and the dress looked like a different texture and colour material than what was shown on the website. I feel as though I have been scammed by false advertising and misinformation. When I tried to contact them about the missing dress, I was ignored.

I bought a 2-piece dress from this company after seeing it on an ad on Facebook. When the dress arrived it was not the same color, design nor material as the one shown on the photos. The material felt, and looked super cheap, was see-through and extremely ill-fitting. After a long back and forth with their customer support they are continuing to break Chinese consumer protection laws by denying me the right to send back the item for a full refund withing 7 days. It's also important to know thay the reviews written on their page does not get published. I will go further with this and bring them to justice.

I purchased two dresses advertised on Instagram my order total was $67.96 when my credit card bill came they had charged me $81.55 ( they did correct the difference saying it was a technical issue.) Also, the dresses did not fit me or two of my friends who tried them. I have requested a return several times and they offered me $5.00 and suggested I should gift them to someone. If I could post this with minus stars I would.

Warning! This is a fraudulent site. Dresses used in advertisements belong to other companies such as House of CB. Just in case you are weighing whether to give the site a go.

That company is fraud, they send you total different items as described and don't refund if you send it back (on your own costs). Don't buy anything from that foolish company. I would love to upload pictures here to show what they sent me and what they're advertising but unfortunately that's not possible.

I ordered the 2 bodysuits back in January. Still not here. I kept getting NEW alerts on delivery. First was stuck in Georgia. Contacted after it was there for 5 days.. Nothing, then a new tracking number. Still showed in Georgia. 3mos later they give me a new tracking number which shows my town but it was a month later. When I ask for a refund, they respond it won't be delivered to the same facility and a charge will accure. I wish I could screenshot the crap service! Horrible, don't order!!!!

The product was nothing like it was portrayed to be. I would not even give it to goodwill. I too am having the same experience with the return process. I really should have known better. They also tacked on an extra $20 saying it was "taxes".

If i could give them a 0 i would - THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM i ordered 4 things ($94) and it was all poor quality and none of it fit right. I requested a refund. for a week now they have been refusing to give me a return label saying it will be too expensive but i said i don't care. They keep offering me minimal compensation to keep my products ($5, $7, $10-which is the max they will give). Why would i want basically no money to keep products that i would throw away. Absolutely do not waste your time with this company. Scam and should not be allowed to do business.

Scammers. 2 fake tracking sites provided, the product never arrived. Don't buy!! (I've been waiting for the package over 3 months!!)

Same issue as a lot for these reviews on here. On their site they say 100% satisfaction money back guarantee. They’re being shady and misleading their customers. Too many emails with just common replies that sound copied and pasted. I knew I was taking some risk but because their returns page stated I could get my money back (minus shipping) I was willing to try it out but to not refund me when I tried it on for 2 min and I put it back in its package just as I got it. I’ll be writing terrible reviews anywhere else thst I can leave reviews for them. Terrible!

I believe that this is a fake website. I did not receive my order and they refuse to refund me. I ordered two things about 5 months ago. Every time I email them they gave me an automated reply that doesn’t make any sense.

They have hidden fees and they don't answer correctly. they aren't clear. they don't have even the estimated date of delivery.

Fraudulent site. Did not receive item or reimbursement.
