Since my first contact to the support24hservice, all their answers are... "We’re sorry for the inconvenience. But the item we sent to you is correct. We're so sorry for that return or exchange will not be supported when your order has no quality issues. We’re so sorry for your dissatisfaction." OR... "Sorry you are not satisfied with our products. Under the circumstance that we did not send the wrong goods, we cannot provide you with return and exchange services. If you need to return or exchange, we need to report and verify your problem to the after-sales department, which will take a long time. Therefore, we recommend that you keep this item. Thank you for your understanding." OR... "Thanks for your email. We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction. But as we shipment department checked, the item you received is correct. We checked it with our warehouse and it is the one you ordered. Thanks for your kind understanding."
