The Customer service is above and beyond. I had concerns about the material and they promptly gave me answers. Even when I was a bit irrate they still pursued answers. I am very happy with my purchase and they did an outstanding job!

Estafado, compre un producto, un semi carenado cafe racer en negro y me enviaron unas barras de protección del motor, llevo intentando devolverlo y no hay manera, .solicité su devolución el 19 de marzo, ID: 157407, a día de hoy no he vuelto a tener contacto alguno por parte de la empresa o de la compañía que debe recogerlo UPS, no me parece la forma de actuar de una empresa seria.

Motea oferuje dodatkowe podnóżki do motocykla TRK 502, ale po otrzymaniu paczki okazuje się, że nie da się tych podnóżków zamontować na motocyklu ponieważ one de facto nie są przeznaczone do tego motocykla. Napisałem mejla z informacją, że oszukują kupujących podając nieprawdziwe dane na stronie. Otrzymałem w odpowiedzi prośbę o skan dowodu rejestracyjnego motocykla i serię zdjęć, żeby mogli zorientować się o co chodzi. To jakaś kpina i żart. Podałem numer zamówienia, ale oni nie mogą się zorientować o jaką część chodzi, zwykła ściema i mataczenie. Okazuje się, że jest kilkanaście ofert dokładnie z tym samym produktem, ale do różnych motocykli, takich jak V-Strom, Kawasaki Versys, Huskwarna, Motoguard itp. itd, Nie polecam tej firmy zdecydowanie

Ricevere un pacco dopo 3 mesi quando al momento dell'ordine lo si da disponibile e il gg dopo il pagamento arriva email che non è disponibile non è corretto. E non è la prima volta...lo scorso anno ho ordinato le borse valigie s1000xr a luglio per andare in romania ad agosto date per disponibili...arrivate a settembre...NON SIETE CORRETTI...quando ho tempo farò una recensione pessima....se uno ordina una cosa è perché gli serve . Integro a seguito della Vs risposta.....al.momento dell'ordine e pagamento davate la merce disponibile e ciò significa che la spedirete a breve....poi incassati i soldi mandate la conferma dicendo maggio...e questo non è corretto...indicate i tempi sul sito prima che uno paghi perché a pagamento effettuato non si può più tornare in dietro...siate trasparenti se la consegna è a 5 mesi scrivetelo...

Buyers beware if your in the UK it looked to me to be a UK website IT IS NOT it Is German I had to pay £66 inport charges on a £198 item. And to top it off the was hardware missing from the kit sent email they side I would have to get the nuts and spacers myself and give me a whooping £5 for my trouble I would not use again

j'ai commandé des sacs pour mon 1300 gs le 31 janvier ,je devais les recevoir entre les 04 et 10 mars , nous sommes le 24 toujours rien. j'ai contacté le site par téléphone et il m'annonce jusqu'à 6 semaines de retard C'est pas sérieux ,je ne commanderai plus rien chez ce vendeur

Had a message from UPS stating parcel had been delivered.After contacting UPS and being informed parcel had been delivered to wrong address,and not getting anywhere with them i contacted Motea and they have reposted my order whilst they sort the problem with UPS.Brilliant Thankyou.

Rien a dire sur le site Commander bulle MRA Recu a l avance plusieurs mail de motea pour m informer de la progression de la commande Par contre la livraison Ups je lui met 3/10 Ils m on laisser le colis devant la maison a quoi sert mon numero de telephone ? N importe qui aurais pue le prendre 🤬

I bought some panniers described as being suitable for my motorcycle. The quality of the Bagtecs panniers was abysmal, and the fitting kit was generic and barely suitable for anything. Attempts to log on and organise a return was frustrated by the "My Motea" portal declaring "No Orders". Not sure how I'm going to get my money back if at all. ############# ###Update.### ############# I eventually managed to get through to someone by phone, who was very helpful. I was guided through the return process and printed off return labels. I was still somewhat sceptical thinking I was being told what I wanted to hear. However the upshot of the story is that the money is back in my Paypal account. Going forward I probably would use them again, but I will look very hard at the description, because on reflection the description of those panniers did give clues about just how bad they were likely to be. I think that using Paypal for payment is a very good choice as Paypal will fight your corner very effectively and merchants know it.

Heute ist der von mir bestellte Artikel angekommen. (Alu Top Case Bagtecs XS45) Lieferzeit: absolut ok. Paket: Artikel wurde professionell verpackt und ist somit unversehrt angekommen. (Mit Luftpolsterfolie) Artikel selbst: Viel besser als erwartet und für diesen Preis! absolut top. Alles in allem bin ich wieder mal sehr zufrieden mit MOTEA!!!

Evitare. Dopo un mese dalla data di consegna prevista contatto il servizio clienti che mi comunica che hanno avuto problemi con il fornitore e il prodotto non è mai partito.

Whatever you do, do not order from this company. They are up charging you for the same products you can get on amazon. I was ordering a new sissy bar as the one we currently have is decent but we are looking for something better. The one i ordered was listed at an original price of $400 on sale for $140. Once it arrived, it was exactly the same as the one we already have that we purchased for $80 from amazon. So they are charging almost double what you would pay on amazon and so i reached out saying i would like to return it. Their website clearly states you can return your product and cancel your order within 30 days with no explanation for a full refund including shipping costs. They responded saying that due to high shipping costs, they would offer me only a 30% refund for the product then I could keep it. I stated their website said differently and I wanted to return the product for my full refund, and they responded telling me to never shop at their store again as they don't want to do business with someone so irresponsible. I would say that checking their retun policy before placing an order was the responsible thing to do. I would not have ordered had they not offered a full refund in 30 days. They are SCAMMERS who are selling you products you can get shipped right from America for a much lower price. DO NOT USE THEM!! I am not one to write reviews however, their customer service department is extremely disrespectful especially since they were in the wrong.

I was very happy with the customer service at Motea, the yoga chair I purchased had a factory error and they responded quick and gave me a very good solucion! Will not hesitate to puchase with them in the future
