L’azienda è molto seria e attenta alle esigenze e ai problemi dei suoi clienti. Ho acquistato più oggetti e di vario tipo sul loro store online e mi sono sempre trovato benissimo sia come qualità dei prodotti che come tempi di spedizione e assistenza post vendita e sicuramente comprerò ancora da loro per i prezzi davvero concorrenziali e adeguato alla qualità

Très mauvaise expérience avec cette boîte allemande (apparemment). Commande passée en octobre 2024, livraison prévue avant le 3 mars 2025, c'est pas rapide, mais bon, ça ne ferait pas de mal de le préciser avant le paiement ! Et toujours rien reçu ! Le système de suivi de commande déclare que mon numéro n'est pas valide (mon compte a bien été débité, là aucun doute). Aucun email pour un contact direct n'est proposé. J'ai même des doutes sur la réalité de l'existence de cette boîte ?

Schnelle Lieferung, gute Preise. Allerdings war der Bodeneinsatz einer wasserdichten Motorradtasche sehr kompliziert einzusetzen (mit Beschwerung durch Steine). Hier hätte ich mir eine Vorformung und ein Vorab-Einsetzten gewünscht.

Bought a set of motorcycle engine bars in December 24 but fit to wintertime and bikes being stored never unwrapped them until yesterday. One of the bars is clearly marked by being scratched, contacted customer support which was difficult as the webpage contact option wasn’t working, got a reply via e mail to say that due to time lapse, no complaint will be accepted. The items have obviously not been fitted by me as I have just unwrapped them and I wasn’t going to want to go to the bother of a full return etc but I thought a partial refund may have been more appropriate but no, nothing. Pretty poor in my opinion, poor customer service, difficult to contact- I won’t consider using them again. Just my opinion but look for more local options with a bit of customer service reputation. Update- was offered a small refund after review by their customer services which I accepted as I did not want the hastle of returning etc so just updating in view of balance and fairness regarding the events and the company

Ich hatte schon mehrmals bei MOTEA Zubehör für meine KTM gekauft. Lief immer alles reibungslos. Die letzte Bestellung (CNC-Handprotektoren) für 74€ ging in die Hose. Die Klemmen und Schrauben passten nicht. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit dem Kundendienst erhielt ich eine Mail von der Teamleitung: Ich darf alles behalten und der gesamte Kaufpreis plus Versand sei schon auf mein Konto unterwegs! Die Klemmen und Schrauben (8,40€) habe ich mir dann im Fachhandel besorgt. 5 Sterne von mir für MOTEA!

I ordered a stand for my Ducati, listed on their web site as being for my model. They of course sent a stand with the wrong size adapter. This wouldn't be a huge problem if there were any way of contacting them. [update: I finally found an email address. Got in touch and they’ve now sent the right size of adapter]

J ai commandé une béquille pour ma Suzuki ça fait deux moi toujours pas de nouvelles je leur envoie de mail mais il ne me réponde pas si vous avez des pistes pour mon paiement qui mon encaissé sans hésiter que j aimerait récupérer d un montant de casiment 90€ en tous les cas ce site n est pas fiables a mes yeux nous sommes les 2 mars pfff

Motea heeft een paddock/ motorstandaard geleverd met fabricagefouten. Hiervan heb ik foto’s gemaakt en hierover heb ik contact gezocht met motea. Zij doen moeilijk over foto’s en vragen absurde zaken zoals het kentekenbewijs van mijn motor (!). Alle relevante foto’s hebben ze reeds een paar keer ontvangen. En met mijn kentekenbewijs heeft motea NIETS te maken. Ineens gaven ze aan mij niet meer te zullen helpen. Erg slechte service! Daarom de rechtsbijstand ingeschakeld!

Lieferzeit war einfach zu lang ...ansonsten Produkt unkompliziert zusammen gebaut und funktioniert einwandfrei!

Die beiden Fahrrad-Wandhalterungen für Mountainbikes sind super: leicht zu montieren, für unterschiedliche Radgrößen und Reifenbreiten nutzbar und das Einhängen ist auch für kleine Leute kinderleicht. Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell innerhalb von drei Tagen.
