The Welsh Cheese company has a wonderful Organic Halloumi from Teifi. It is the best one I’ve tried in years since I made my own traditional homemade halloumi. It has a lovely natural deep golden colour from the quality organic milk. It has a sturdy compact consistency & should be good to eat grilled, Ifried or just natural, a little salty as it comes. I forgot to mention the outstanding packaging The Welsh Cheese Company have. Yes it’s a standard fee but it is quite unique. I haven’t seen anything else like it. I’ll leave it as a surprise.
