I spoke to two calll handlers both were very clear, explained and clarified everything that I wanted to know to make sure that I didn't give the company any opportunity to not reimburse my costs if anything went wrong (not that I expected anything to go wrong). I had omitted a health issue during the first call and rang to inform them of this. I had to declare my health record for the previous two years, I was disappointed that the insurance company doesnt have the means to show that those health issues are now resolved. After adding the missing health condition my quote came down in price, a big plus. My trip was to Morocco for 18 days. It was substantially cheaper even with extra cover for natural disaster to buy my insurance for a year rather than a single trip.
