Not the normal continuation of policy ,had to remove a personal from expiring policy but out of country as 1 expired and new renewed but so still needed cover ,down side charged for alteration, need to be looked at.

I have been paying travel insurance for decades. My wife and I are going on holiday for three weeks in May to Turkey. Last week I had an unexpected bleed from my bladder and spent a night in hospital. The bleed stopped and I was discharged. I have some further investigation, a ct scan and a camera test. Should have the results before the holiday. Even if it is diagnosed before the holiday they will not cover this for another 8 weeks. What is the point of insurance? Tried to reply to a message from Insure and go but the form would not accept the data requested. It then transmitted with no data added. In reply to your reply. The undiagnosed condition occurred a long time after booking my holiday and a long time after I purchased my insurance. At the time of purchasing the insurance all known conditions were declared. The eight weeks you mention will take us out past the end of our insurance.
