Sono loro cliente da anni e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo prodotti ottimi e staff sempre gentile e disponibilissimo nel soddisfare tutte le esigenze dei clienti! Semplicemente sono il top!!! Assolutamente consigliati.

Voglio porre alla attenzione di tutti la negativa esperienza avuta con il loro sito di e-commerce. Ci sono delle spese di sdoganamento che in caso di reso non vengono rimborsate. Questo nelle policy di reso non viene scritto, ma si evince solo al momento dell'ordine con una scritta piccolissima sotto al prodotto. Mi hanno detto che per non allarmare il cliente, al momento dell'acquisto e nella fattura è nelle policy non lo scrivono! Alla fine su 160 euro spese ho perso 29 di sdoganamento e 9 di pacco postale che è a tuo carico. Ti attirano con prezzi più bassi ma poi se devi rendere ha una grave perdita!
