I never received my package I reached out to customer service they advised me to get in contact with ups. I filed a claim with Ups but I’ve yet to receive any news about my package. So I’ll be getting in contact with my bank hopefully they can be of better help.

First time purchasing from this site before, Upon opening my package that they labeled on site as "brand new & deadstock" I open my package and the inside waist tag is literally hanging on by a thread, and they didn't even send me the actual off-white product bag. They sent my pants in a plastic bag from their company and then packaged in a brown box. Still no emails or responses back, pretty pissed and dissapointed to spend $300 on a pair of pants and they're missing the Original bag and the Damn waist tag is about to rip off. Not cool at all, will not be buying from here again.

This was my first time shopping Lungolivigno Fashion. It was the only site that had the sneakers I wanted in my size. The website is easy to navigate and the shipping was quick from their end. DHL still hasn't delivered the item so they may need to find other shipping options-but I would highly recommend the site for selection of merchandise and being very user friendly.

For the most part prices are good. If the time zone different communication is going to be hard. They fulfill orders within 2-4 days longest it ever took was about a week. Communication and customer service could be more professional and less snobby but their items are authentic and they are legit for those reading reviews trying to confirm authenticity experience from previous buyers.

Il processo di selezione, ordine e pagamento è stato rapido e preciso. Riguardo alla mail di conferma ho dovuto richiederla, perché non è arrivata automaticamente. Il costo di spedizione è abbastanza alto e non viene rimborsato in caso di errore. Le comunicazioni successive sono avvenute precise e puntuali. Sfortunatamente il capo richiesto è arrivato con il TAG antifurto attaccato alla manica. L'unica soluzione suggerita è stata di segarlo e rimuoverlo per conto mio. Questo necessariamente abbassa la mia valutazione complessiva. Per il resto, il capo arrivato è quello richiesto.

Ottimo servizio . Io ho fatto l’ordine la sera del 4 febbraio (giovedì ) e lunedì mattina 8/2 mi arriva un messaggio con scritto che entro il 9 sarebbe stata effettuata la consegna, e così è stato ! É vero ho speso 12 euro di spedizione ma sti cavoli ho pagato al 50% un paio di hogan che altrimenti mi sarebbero costate 360 !!! Ottimi sconti e qualità 🔝!

I ordered a bag from USA and my experience was great. The shipping was quick. (took about 9 days) The bag was on sale (more than half off) therefore, I was little worried. But my bag arrived even with dust bag and authenticity card. I am super happy with this little Italian boutique store and I will definitely shop again. Cheers from USA!
