Professional and Fast Services

Was charged twice for the down payment and since have not heard from anyone despite calls and emails to rectify.

Actually the patience of my insurance agent was amazing. He really walked me through the process and with a difficult client made it easy for me!

I was very specific when I was explaining to the agent that I needed insurance that would be able to provide me with a waiver of subrogation that could be assigned to a specific entity. She assured me the insurance company could do it. After I paid my down payment and her fee I asked for the endorsement pages. The agent wasn't able to provide so when I contacted the insurance company directly and they confirmed they could only provide a blanket waiver of subrogation and that's not what I need. I cancelled the policy. The insurance company was able to provide me with a refund but I would like a refund for the service fee I paid to insureon. This has been a very horrible experience.

it was challenging inside the automated policy development system to get to are specific needs. The Customer Service was very attentive and helpful. It took some going back and forth but we finally got a policy to fit our needs by end of day.
