I have been with Insureon for nearly 4 years and the customer service has been on point! Katie has made any adjustments I need, big or small, rather quickly. Any questions that arise, because insurance is rather confusing, have been explained satisfactorily. Diana Robles who was given our account has not once answered her phone since I began calling and or leaving messages since the start of Q2. She made costly mistakes on our account and takes no responsibility then when I asked for her supervisor she never gave me that info. She responds with copy and paste generic emails that are the same week after week and are confusing when I have done everything on our end. Her professionalism and lack of due diligence in her responses to properly address customer questions is probably why she makes almost $1000 mistakes or doesnt catch them before contracts are signed. Please anyone give me her supervisors contact info she is again out of office and did not answer my response to her email she literally copied an email she sent 2 weeks ago.
