I was connected with agent Holly Burton who stuck with me through the entire process, I was given her direct contact info and the reply was always immediate. Some companies just stand above the rest when it comes the the customer experience and Insureon is definitely on that list.

Haven't heard from Insureon in years. They did absolutely nothing after setting up policy three years ago. They don't call for renewals or even check in.
