Overall my Insureon experience went well. Pricing was great, and services provided were excellent as well. My agent was not the friendliest, and is the reason for the 3 star review. All of our interactions were via email which works great, but he was not super helpful and you could feel it in his responses. Also, his out of office was not set up over the holiday season, therefore; therefore the response time could have been improved upon. It would have been nice to have a contact us option once an online profile is created, in order to reach out to the company directly to pay for services and or request a new agent. Overall good experience but not great.

Our account manager, was very helpful and made renewal of our business insurance as easy as possible considering policy renewal was during the holiday season. The new policy is similar to our current policy and meets our requirements. The account manager has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

Prices were great. Customer service was not as great. I was passed off one time and could never get my agent to answer during regular hours and had to go back and forth in email which took longer.

Several times I requested communication with the underwriter but I was not able to. I want to know why the case that has settled 8 months ago is considered "open". As a result why I have to pay 200% increase in my annual premium
