Very happy with the service provided, pipe cutting and threading was to a very high standard and delivery was very quick. The pipework was covered in oil, to protect it I am guessing, which I was not expecting but has come off with a cloth and some elbow grease. Would happily recommend and purchase again.

A really great website and service when I called. This is the first time ordering from here and fullfilled my needs for some threaded pipe which I can't find at any store near me. Only issue I had was that I didn't make sure the measurement size of a vital piece of pipe and had to go back and order once more.

With my last order I had a slight query and wasn’t happy with something, it was sorted next day and sent out additional parts without any issue. Items did not arrive next day as ordered. Spoke to customer service was assured that the next day courier charge would be refunded but as of yet it hasn't been deposited in the bank.

Very poor service from Pipedreamfittings, the original delivery of the goods was late and was missing parts, which had to then be sent out separately. I later contacted them to request a partial return of my order, which they accepted. After weeks without receiving a refund, I contacted them and they told me the refund was delayed due to me not including the correct documentation in the parcel. They never mentioned any documentation when I requested the return and would not tell me what this documentation was when I asked. They also told me that they charge a 25% restocking fee, even for off the shelf parts, which is bizarre. I would not recommend them at all.
