Very quick order processing, reasonable delivery charges and quality products

Items as described but delivery terrible . Paid extra to have 2-3day tracked delivery but after many phone calls they still hadn’t arrived after 7 days and couldn’t track them as they hadn’t sent them on a 2-3 day tracked delivery , spoke to James on Friday and he fast tracked for the next day and has assured me I’ll be refunded for the whole delivery cost but so far nothing .

Some items missing from order

Disappointed. I bought the pipes to put together a shelving unit and the threads don’t all line up properly, do the pipes don’t all screw into the t-connections to the same extent, meaning it will be difficult to get the shelves to be level.

A couple of the galvanised parts I received are quite rusty inside. Not a big problem for what I needed them for. However, one of the parts I received was wrong. For me, this meant I had to cut the ends off a 1 1/4 inch pipe (ends were threaded, but I ordered non-threaded). Not the end of the world, but very annoying. Luckily I have the necessary tools, and can still do the job with a shortened pipe. This is fortunate, because according to the website, I wouldn't be eligible for a refund even though Pipedream are at fault. I'm unlikely to use them again.

Paid for a re-collection as I had ordered the wrong item. Payment for re-stocking and pick-up was taken but parcel still not picked up after 2 weeks!. Phoned the company several times only to be given the run around saying the girl dealing with this return (Chelsea) had now left. The company also said that an attempt was made to collect the parcel (by Parcel Force) and the front door was not answered!...total pugwash!...were all at home, working from home! the girl also said that a re-attempt to re-collect will incur an additional cost!..which again is a load of rubbish as parcel force do not re-charge for a re-collection!. I know what the scam is here, they've kept the return of postage money and don't want the pipe back and are just making up excuses as to the discrepancies in picking up the return!... Proper crooks!...don't deal with them. Will never deal with them again. You have been warned!
