J'ai commandé le giant killer Bowie knife. Référence 17 BK4955. J'ai reçu un autre couteau avec la meme référence. Mais Budk a changé le couteau sans prevenir et à produit un bowie massif qui ne me plait pas et est assez moche. Une poignée en plastique imitant un bois de cerf et la lame assez basique, pas du tout Ce que je voulais. Le site internet montre un autre couteau. J'ai fais une capture d'écran. Leur erreur est manifeste et ils ne veulent pas me rembourser intégralement. Ils remboursent uniquement le couteau. Assume ton erreur, tu es une grande boutique de couteau Mr Kadel! 89,99$ le couteau, 36,37$ de frais de port pour le Canada et 40,08$ de frais d importation. Soit 166,44$! Et en plus ils veulent que je le renvoie à mes frais! 36,37$ de plus! Je reste de 72,74$ de ma poche et je me retrouve sans couteau? Ils sont malins, il faut pas être débile pour comprendre que ça m'oblige à le garder, des bandits! Ne commandez pas chez Budk, ils mentent, Je ne suis pas satisfait du tout et je vais en parler sur ma chaine YouTube pour que tout le monde soit au courant de leurs pratiques. Way cool, hard to find items. One item ordered had dropped in price like overnight. Customer service fixed the problem and refunded the difference. I'm Happy and very satisfied with BUDK!

The bushmaster of knife I bought wouldn't work, properly, at first. Guess it's just stiff. After wrestling with it for awhile ,it started to work. I think the shipping was a little high, but what's not these days?

As a customer I have purchased many knives from Budk and have always been satisfied with their products but the last knife I purchased I couldn't believe. It appears now they are getting knives from Pakistan and it seems like they no longer care about the quality of their products. Even other cheep knives they sale are always good quality but the only thing I can say good about the Pakistan knife is it has a fairly good sheath. The quality of this product has really got me thinking about if I want to purchase anything else from Budk. Thanks Charlie S.

Cool stuff, fast and great service!!

I have bought everything from medical kits, knives, last was an amazing Viking axe recreation, amazing mystery boxes that even the kids like opening. It's hard to get them interested in something other than a screen but they definitely know what the budk boxes look like and will bring it in to help me open it and learn what everything is for. I'm a medically retired military cop and use my orders for a tech free moment even though both the kids claimed the solar panels budk sent so they can charge their phones on the beach. I've ordered before and I will again, great company.
