They handle everything. I got my home furnished with Furnishr. I just sent dimensions and a few pictures, then managed the rest through short emails. This is what they did for me: - Found a set of furniture that all worked together - Matched my home's dimensions perfectly - Orchestrated the deliveries (no small feat) - Shipped a lightening fast replacement when one piece got lost at a warehouse - Helped get a replacement part when one tiny piece arrived slightly damaged (and offered to have a repairman fix it, even though it was simple to replace!) I didn't have to worry about any of it. If I had to work all that myself, I would've been stressed out, but Furnishr made it dead simple. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent design work in a small space. Friendly and helpful. Did take some time to arrive due to shipping issues, but it was worth the wait. They were very helpful in problem-solving when one item arrived damaged at the warehouse.

When we signed on for Furnishr we were given Isla McKay as a designer. She was very professional, helpful and patient with me. Because Isla is a good listener, she was able to guide me in the direction I wanted to go in regarding the designs I was most interested in. She did an excellent job finding things that I ended up liking.

Furnishr provided exactly what we needed in furnishing our new Manhattan apartment. After sending the floor plan to one of their design specialists, we received two very different but excellent options that included sofa, chairs, rugs, tables, and artwork. We selected one and all furniture was delivered, assembled and setup by movers hired by Furnishr. I was surprised at the high quality of everything! Our empty apartment instantly was transformed into a stylish NYC pad!

SAVE YOUR MONEY, look elsewhere.  What seemed like a great solution to furnishing my apartment for an upcoming move, turned into wasted time, money, and energy. The communication throughout the whole process is ATROCIOUS. On the day of the move, I wasn't told who was bringing my furniture or given a number for the drivers. When they arrived, the couch would not fit in the elevator (ok, fine, it happens) and the movers assembled the bed incorrectly, blamed it on a defective item, and had to send someone else to fix it the next day (which I am appreciative they did, but it still took up time and had me sleeping on a mattress on a floor that night). In addition, I was notified the afternoon before my delivery that a rug had not arrived in time and would ship separately. Given that I paid a markup on the item for set up (lifting the large rug up the stairs, pulling it down the hall, lifting the bed on top of it, etc), it was annoying to then have to do that myself. I was told I'd get updates on the delivery of the rug. I did not, and a few days after the move it was just sitting in my lobby. When I finally rolled it out, I saw that it didn't fit. I requested to see options for an exchange of the rug as well as options for a different couch. It took 5 days to get a response on the rug, and 7 days to get a response on the couch. The delayed response was frustrating as I was never told when I could expect to see options and had to keep emailing and asking. When I asked for pricing on the new items, it took another 5 days to get an answer. At that point, I was frustrated and ordered a couch from Burrow on my own. In addition to this, there was a dresser I had originally ordered that wouldn't fit in the space, which I asked them not to deliver. They kept it at the warehouse on the day of the move and said they'd issue a refund minus a 15% fee. Fine. But I'm now waiting for a refund on a dresser and a couch and have had a big rug laying in the bedroom waiting to be exchanged or at the very least returned. I'm frustrated, tired of constantly having to follow up with this business, and annoyed at the markup I paid on items for poor service. Nice concept, but terrible execution and maddeningly non-existent communication. I've seen this posted on reviews here before, so there clearly haven't been any updates made to the process. I understand that it's a small team and that there are supply chain issues and that I'm being up-charged on items that can be found on Wayfair etc for a service. What's not acceptable is the lack of communication (not even an away message on an email if someone is out sick!). After more follow-up emails, I was only just told my refund request was "escalated to management" and that they're still working on the logistics of the rug exchange. It sounds like I'm going to wind up needing to take a cab to a FedEx and just getting it done myself.  Again, I understand that delays happen, but you need to let your customer know what is happening, the dates orders were placed, etc. not just say "we're waiting on our supplier" and not follow up.  I've now had to buy replacement items myself and it's a lot of money to be sitting on a personal credit card. I'm not an office or an Airbnb business. I'm an individual with bills to pay during inflation and I hate that I feel so strongly about this experience that I need to warn others.  For your sanity and your wallet, go elsewhere. I'm hoping I can update this with, at the very least, a positive resolution.

Great service overall, especially if you are planning a move-in from a different city (and/or state) and do not have time to organize everything yourself! The design phase is the highlight of the experience, the team is really experienced and will help you find the exact pieces of furniture that will fit the space (by placing them on the floor plan) and aesthetic choices. The quality of the furniture is great. The delivery is effortless as the team handles the entire installation of the items and throws away the shipping boxes for you. Some delays in delivery times (6-7 weeks are necessary as of right now for NYC) and e-mail responses motivate the missing star, but Furnishr still remains an attractive value proposition.

Getting my design was fast and it was clear that the designer knew what they were doing. Installation was also amazing and the furniture is very high quality for the price.

We had a good experience with furnishR. They managed to furnish our vacation rental property within our budget constraints and the furnishings seem to be good quality, sturdy and fit for purpose. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that on delivery a few small items (a mattress and a couple of chairs) were missing from the order which meant that we had to push our photography back a week. It wasn’t a huge deal and they were very responsive when I made them aware of the issue. I’d absolutely recommend this company if you need to furnish an entire home quickly, stylishly and in a hassle free manner.

From briefing to design choices/product selection to delivery and set up, this was by far the best most seamless part of renovating and moving into a new home. Karen and team are amazing and you shouldn’t think twice about turning to them to help build a cohesive and intentional space. They listen, are open to as many rounds of feedback as you might have to get something just right, and if I could’ve sourced everything from them (like cabinet hardware lol) I would’ve!

The concept behind furnishr is immensely appealing. In practice, it’s riddled with screwups, complications, miscommunications, and headaches. I contracted with furnishr to furnish a new home. I chose furnishr over local interior design services because of the price and, more importantly, the speed they offered initially. Things did not pan out well. The design process was largely positive. I appreciate the overall concept that furnishr developed for my house. And I think that furnishr succeeded fully with a couple rooms; probably about 1/3 of the house. Nearly everything about the execution process, however, was a nightmare. This became the point where I really wish I had opted to deal with a local outfit, in order to feel like a real person was looking out for me, and not an online bot. The delivery and assembly were poorly coordinated. The assembly team did not even know the furniture was arriving the same day they were coming out. So the assembly was rushed, multiple items were damaged, and the assembly team’s overall performance was shoddy. Certain items felt (and continue to feel) “cheap” to me. This is especially true of lighting, shelving, and rugs—basically “side” items separate from main pieces. I have had to replace multiple items and will continue to do so in the coming months. Matters got worse when I attempted to return a few items and, around the same time, was told that several items (including key pieces like a dining table) were back-ordered well off into the future. The logistics of the return process were awful. Clunky. A lot of bumbling. The same was true of dealing with getting a refund for back-ordered items and for returned items. Ultimately, a project that was supposed to be completed in October stretched out well past then. And, if I had not opted to break ties with furnishr after the problems became too much to deal with, I would have been stuck with this project well into 2022. This will still be the case, unfortunately, as I work to remedy issues with furnishr that came up after the design process. Note Added January 12: On December 30, furnishr replied to this review, stating at the end of its reply: “We will reach out privately in case you want to discuss the dissatisfactory items.” No one from furnishr ever reached out to me.

We couldn't have quickly turned around our investment property without Furnshr! Honestly, working with them took the headache out of arranging deliveries with multiple companies and spending tedious hours putting together furniture. Bonus, they throw out all the packaging for you! I'm already working on them for my next property.

I paid $15k for my furniture. I knew they were up charging and I was ok with that because they did all the design work and apparently got discounts for having relationships with the furniture companies. The designer, Isla, was amazing. We had to swap out a few items that couldn't be delivered on time, which was fine, and scheduled a delivery date for the 25 pieces of furniture on Friday, 11/5. At this point I was under the impression that all my furniture would be delivered on this date, because we had swapped out any piece that was on backorder. On 11/5 they were supposed to get here at 9am, but because their customer service team misread my email, they bumped the delivery window to 1pm-3pm. Ok, not a problem I will work from home to accommodate. I told them they needed to arrive before 4pm because I had a teledoc appointment. Sure enough, they arrive right at 4pm so I had to delay my appointment. At this point I'm pretty irritated given the expectations I had. I tell the delivery guys to bring in the two small pallets of furniture ($15k mind you) and they even agreed to assemble everything (nothing is assembled btw). Ok, great, I am starting to feel a little better even though the biggest piece, the couch, was not in the mix along with about 10 other pieces of the 25 in total. I had my appointment so I told them I would be back in an hour to check in on their progress. I come back to my apartment and NOTHING is there. They literally brought everything into my apartment, said they were going to assemble it, then left with all of it for some unknown reason that nobody can explain to me. I had plans to have friends over for a house warming this weekend and need to cancel since they cannot bring the furniture back until Tuesday. I am absolutely livid right now especially given how much I paid. I cannot even speak to the quality of the goods, but according to these other reviews (which I wish I had read) the quality is almost as bad as the execution. I will add to this review once I see what everything looks like in my place. This is an amazing idea, but the execution has been absolutely horrendous, so I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Furnishr is awesome! I got a variety of design proposals and I could hand pick the pieces I liked. It took 5 weeks for the furniture to arrive but it was worth the wait! I love everything I've bought. They're also super budget friendly, with options of paying in installments over the 5 weeks delivery period. That really did take a lot of pressure off me. I highly recommend furnishr!
