This doctor is a joke. Last time he was 45 minutes late. This time he was a no show and we have been charged. Joke and a rip off. Something needs to be done, He needs to be removed and a new doctor needs to be put in his place

Dr Tahir Hussain should not be allowed to see patients on this platform or any platform. Completely unprofessional: Late for meeting, ended meeting after 1 minute as he could not connect, contacted support for a call back, Dr.Hussain called back told me to see a GP and hung up the phone. Called him back as i thought it was a mistake he got angry and i ended the call. Lied on my patient notes after the call. Great work!

Same issue as many other posts. Dr never joined consultation. No one answering calls was only able to leave a message. Complaint form would not submit so had to send an email instead. Will wait and see how they address this issue and how promptly.

Never sent prescription to pharmacy. Waste of time and money

I am feeling miserable, and I booked an appoiment to be able to get prescriptions for the day. I have paid 40 euros and the doctor never shown up. I connected waiting for 30 minutes. I should receive a refund.

Paid for my appointment. Doctor never joined the video call. Absolutely no customer service. No one answering calls. Unbelievably bad

At first didn't connect for some reason but we got tru the doctor, super nice Dr. Tahir Hussain, I have to say great service. When my own doctor wouldn't help me out this service was my last resort, glad I used it.

Very unhelpful doctor who just told me to go to my GP basically. Would not use this service again. Doctor did not tell me anything and would not listen to my concerns. Waste of €40. Highly not recommended. Edit** to the reply it was treatable over video call, also I’m a healthcare professional so I do have experience. I then did a video call with my GP who helped me.

The doctor was unprofessional and went off topic. Did not explain what he was giving me. Probably won’t use the service again or recommend to friends or coworkers. Doctor needs to learn a bit about empathy when people are in pain.

Terrible!!! The application would not work initially and was not able to connect with Doctor. Sent multiple messages to Doctor who finally came back several hours later. Have multiple issue connecting with Doctor again. The doctor said he would call back after he sent to script. During this time I checked the opening times of the pharmacy and realised that the pharmacy was closed for two days. I was not able to open the application when the doctor called back and then the doctor closed the appointment before I confirmed pharmacy details in a message so I could not contact him. Having waited two days for the pharmacy to open I have been informed that the script was not received by the Pharmacy and all during this time I customer service have not responded to my voicemails, emails and messages. This is truly inappropriate service in the field of medicine and should under no circumstances be relied on for medical issues

I got appointment in 15 min to speak with GP and medications sent to my pharmacy in 30 min after The doctor Niroshini was really nice and helpful! Really happy with this app and service! Will use again 100%

I had the pleasure of dealing with Dr Fergus Glynn for three matters, one of which was a rather delicate situation for me personally. He was empathetic, compassionate, yet clear and firm in his advice and why he guided towards certain action. After being sceptical about VideoDoc's efficacy, I am now a full convert. Excellent service, and ask for Dr Glynn if he's available!

I was happy to be able to get my prescripton as I had a bladder infection I was miserable. It was so quick and professional it was a good experience since I was on holiday and I'd not belong to the Irish system Thank you so much and for my refund also Deirdre

VideoDoc App no longer works in Ireland. Shortly after paying for a yearly subscription, the service is now down "for maintenance" for 3 weeks now, with no date from customer service as to when it will be back. If I use the website it doesnt recognise my account - as the website is redirecting to a uk videodoc service. Appalling to pay for a yearly service and then no longer be able to access it.

I was immobilised due to back injury and found this service very useful for an initial diagnosis. In the end, I needed to go and meet a doctor face-to-face to complete the diagnosis but found this tool useful.

Interaction was top class. Orientation through site could be a little easier as I found it hard to navigate when sick as attention levels are down. Submitted code request multiple times as their was no confirmation screen so I wasn't sure if it sent or not. An hour later I got approx. 6 confirmation codes. Doctor service itself highly recommended and extremely useful and professinal
