Great service again, I have used this service a few times now as it's part of my VHI plan. It's very useful for colds, flu's and minor ailments like that. If you're sick the last thing you want to do is get up, dressed, showered and drive to the doctor and all that comes with that. In both cases where I've had to use this service, the online doctor was able to send my prescription straight to my local pharmacy. Really simple to use and will definitely use this service again.

Very easy and professional service

This is an excellent service. I had a consultation with the doctor, received a diagnosis, a prescription was sent to my local pharmacy and all done within 35 mins. The doctor was very professional and courteous.

An excellent service. The doctor who saw me was thorough and understanding of my situation.

Used the service for the first time. Informed initial waiting time was 19 mins. After 10 mins my appointment was ready and I could connect to the virtual doctor for my appointment. Was able to see and hear audio and video from doctor fine, but had to repeat myself multiple times throughout the call as it seemed the doctor could not hear my responses very well. This seemed to be the quality of the connection. Service from doctor good, and reason for 3 stars is call quality, as only able to communicate the most basic of information as anything more complex was received properly by the doctor due to the poor connection. Also seemed none of the information I provided, like the name of my regular doctor and nearest pharmacy were transmitted to the doctor properly by the service, as I had to provide these again to the doctor.

I was sick and I my doctor was closed ,I found the on line doctor clear concise and saved me spending the night waiting in ER .I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service .
