Quick, friendly easy ordering and collection

Thank you for your delivery it arrived on the date as arranged. Unfortunately I was severely disappointied with the flavour. It was said to taste of nail varnish remover. No one could work out what had the undesirable flavour. The cake was cut, distributed and left. What a sad ending to a 30th celebration.

As always, the quality of the products is first class, if a little pricey. However, my daughter collected my order and when I picked it up and checked it, there was a chicken and mushroom pie missing. As I live in Runcorn, which is a distance from Cheadle where my daughter lives, it wasn’t practical for me to go into the shop to complain.

Easy to order and convenient to collect at stores close to home. Cake exceeded expectations, looked and tasted lovely. Rich and chocolate, beautifully iced. Would order again.

sorry but tried a slice just awful very dry fell apart also purchased 2 cakes both dated next day threw both away could not serve mabe some jam would have helped ..

Excellent service. E mailed customer services re damaged cakes and sent photo. By return email refunding cakes. Everything else excellent condition. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again

I always buy birthday cakes from greenhalgh. They are delicious! Always arrived on time. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Pies were okay but the cakes were dry and overpriced. I have a group of friends over each weekend for the big football match. I thought by paying the extra and going to greenhalghs I would be getting something special but we were all left quite disappointed. I won't be using greenhalghs again.

Exactly as I remember when I used to visit, definitely did not disappoint. Good delivery and well packaged.
