The choice of swimwear was brilliant- too much to choose from even! And when I returned an item for exchange of size, customer services replied to my email queries instantaneously and were really helpful. The turn around was really quick and I've never received such great customer service from an online store. Highly recommend this site- can't fault them at all.

The products were excellent and easy to exchange if you buy the wrong size. Will be using them again in the future.

Unfortunately the items I ordered weren't exactly what I was looking for but the quality of the items was superb. I returned all of the items I initially ordered and I received the refund promptly without a single issue. This kind of thing matters. Wouldn't hesitate to use Simply Beach again in the future.

the item arrived quickly, and i was very pleased with it. The fit is almost perfect, only it could've maybe been a bit shorter. Apart from that one minor detail, im super happy with my buy and cant wait to put it to use!!

Stylish swimwear arrived in a few days. No chance of finding such a lovely item in the shops. Would buy more from this company as the range is huge to suit all tastes and sizes. A great find especially for swimwear which is always a pain to find things you like in the right size in the shops.

Received my goods the next day, when returning unwanted items they were refunded straight away

I ordered a lot of swimwear so that I could try it on at home and sadly only some of it fitted. So I sent a lot back and asked for an exchange item. I then received a phone call and an email to confirm my refund and exchange item and it arrived 2 days later. I was kept informed of refunds and postage times. I have already emailed quite a few friends of mine and recommended Simply Beach as they were a pleasure to deal with.

Generally a very easy shopping experience so great. My one reservation is that the models used all appear to be VERY young- to me they appear to be around 16 or even younger which I found inappropriate (especially when modelling bikinis) and a bit off-putting. Adult models in adult clothes would make me more likely to buy from this site again.

Simply Beach was very good with the service and I would order from them again.The bathing costume was beautiful,but very difficult to put on and it did not fit me well.So it was not for me.Shame
