Whether buying or returning goods I have been 100% happy and impressed with the service of Simply Beach.

I was very impressed by Simply Beach. Unfortunately, I had to return the item I ordered as it was too small. But I received an acknowledgement of the return immediately and my refund was credited very quickly indeed.

The hat I purchased is lovely and perfect value for money, however it arrived squashed! The packaging was not suitable for a hat and consequently the hat arrived squashed and will not re shape. It should have been packaged in a box!

Great website, very easy to use with plenty of filters. Loads of choice from very low to ridiculously high (do people really spend more than £100 on a bikini??!!!), familiar brands and ones i'd never heard of. Bought a £12 sale item as my first purchase just to test the service/quality etc. Ordered on a weekend and delivered on Tuesday and the bikini was very good quality, far better than high street ones for the same price. Will definitely use this website again :D

I have placed three orders bad returned a couple of items. I have found the service excellent - orders have been very promptly dispatched and received, the retun was very easy and the refund came through quickly. I shall certainly continue to use Simply Beach.

Your service was excellent. However on one garment the tassels were caught up which resulted in the need for sewing modification. Product was delivered twisted and presented as though this is how it would be worn. After pressing the item looked much better. Finally perfect for a gift to be sent overseas as v. lightweight. Suggest manufacturer is advised of fault and presentation to be improved. We purchased 2 white kaftans.
