I received exactly what I had ordered the next day. The photographs and sizes posted were perfect and the product was in perfect condition.

Goods arrived very well packaged and in a couple of days as promised. Sizing was good and quality of material and shape was excellent. Feels like real quality. Will put them to the test on holiday in June.

Unfortunately, I needed a bigger size in the bottoms so I sent these back using their easy to use returns service and requested the new size. Simply Beach has a range of swimwear to suit all budgets. The website was easy to use and I was easily able to find a swimwear shape to suit me, in fact I was spoilt for choice. The sizing was accurate and the costume fits really well. My mum recommended the site as she had just bought 2 costumes from Simply Beach which she loves. I'll certainly be back.

Last Sunday I ordered two bras from Simply beach. First thing Tuesday morning they arrived at the front door. The items were just as ordered and one far exceeded expectations. I tried to pay for a number of items - three times on the website, and each time an error message came up. Unfortunately the error message was not clear about which section I was using so when I thought I was inputting an account password the website read it as a paypal password. As a result my card stopped working and I later found out my bank thought someone was trying three times to input the wrong password on my card and cancelled my card. I rang customer service at Simply Beach who were very helpful and put my details in by hand and the goods were sent that day but in the end it took over an hour to pay, my card was suspended and I had to make a further call to my bank to get my card reinstated because of the website error messages. I like the swimwear on the site, I have been a regular customer for a couple of years and the service Simply Beach has provided has always been really good, very prompt and efficient, up until now but I don't have time to mess about with difficult payment methods and card cancellations so unfortunately shopping at Simply Beach is not an experience I will repeat again in a hurry.

I ordered a black sea folly bikini just after lunch time and it arrived next day. The product was accurately described on the webstite with excellent photos and reviews to help make the right decision with sizing. The ordering process was simple and straight forward.
