I have just purchased an expensive bikini which I had decided to return as not suitable, but as I explained my dog had chewed part of the price label, but it isn't that bad! There is nothing wrong with the bikini at all but I was told I can't as they need 2 send it back out 2 someone else! I have spent a lot of money over the years with simply beach spending around £150 each time 4 bikinis etc! Now I am left with a very expensive bikini that I can't wear & can't send back cause of a small rip on the label! I'm sure if the actually bikini is ok this shouldn't be a problem! It has put me off ordering again!

The website is easy to use and my purchase was delivered promptly and within the specified timeframe. I haven't had need to test the returns procedure but I'm sure it would all run smoothly.

Simply Beach website is down so can't phone or email them. Called last week and was told to check with the sorting office. Have done, no success. Please help.

I haven't used Simply Beach before but I am impressed with their speed of delivery and the product was good if a bit expensive. I was able to use PayPal which was reassuring in terms of paying for it.

I have yesterday asked for a refund as the 2 items I have ordered are no where to be found, this is the second time this has happened with this company, and when you and customer services try to track the item, there is no information to be found. I then at 2pm ordered the same items from another company and it has been delivered today less than 24 hours since ordering, with no additonal fee paid for next day delivery.

Product was exactly how described and feels great against the skin deffinately worth the money.

Ordered the Freya Pier Underwired Bandeau Bikini Top (32G) and the Freya Pier Latino Brief (small, im a 8-10 and it fitted perfectly) and I just LOVE it, supportive AND looks great, which is hard to find if you have a large bust. It was ordered on a monday night and was received on the wed morning, very fast!! Its a bit pricey but have got used to that being a G cup and since its gorgeous I dont grudge the price at all. Would definitely order from Simplybeach.com again, deeeelighted :)

Obviously very popular and uber flattering but shame i had to go up a size to own it as all sold out from B cup to DD cup. Just about get away with the bigger size and couldnt live without it as feel in love with this bikini and the style on first viewing but really would of loved the correct size. Could more be available for next season at all so i can give mine to my mum and enjoy an even better fit!!!

Went around all the shops to find bust sized swim wear, to early in the season so my friend said have you tried looking on line found what i wanted after going onto the simply beach web site ordering and paying was so easy and safe had my order in 2 days and if i didnt like it i could have sent it back free of charge FANTASTIC !!!!!!

I ordered a swimming costume for a holiday that's been and gone. Returned it and when I emailed asking about my refund I just got an email back saying they had received it. They didn't tell me how to claim for lost return or offer any other advice. Very poor service.
