Having gained a lot of weight recently I was looking for stylish supportive swimwear which didn't make me look like a Russian athlete. .. Your miracle suits were jolly expensive. ..but made me feel much better about swimming in public...I also purchased a Sea folly kaftan which was beautifully soft and cool in the heat. I hope to lose weight before next Summer and will certainly return to your site to purchase many more products in smaller sizes!

Excellent website, easy to navigate which is so important. An excellent product range. I ended up sending back what I ordered so also used the free returns method also. Would definitely use again, and hopefully choose the right size !

I was so happy to stumble across this website. All of the swimsuits are fabulous and with a real range of prices to suit everyone. I find it really hard to find swimsuits to suit my body shape so ordered 5 pairs - ALL of them suited me, I couldn't believe it! Unfortunately I couldn't keep them all so the only downside was having to send some back. Quick delivery, great online customer service and quick refund as well. Very happy!

Impressive range of styles, sizes and prices, I was really pleased to find bikini bottoms to match a recent purchase. Same design but different style . It was easy to order and they arrived really quickly. I'll certainly use this site again.

I do a lot of online shopping. This was the first time I'd used Simply Beach, and (as you can tell from the heading!) I was impressed. This may sound odd when I say I had to return my item, but that was through no fault of Simply Beach (it was a lovely swimsuit, but I have a long body and always have trouble with the fitting for one-piece suits). They offered the best price for such a high-quality and expensive swimsuit — I know, because I shopped around! The online ordering was easy, and when I made a slight error in my selection of the delivery a single phone call to their customer services easily sorted it out. Delivery was next day, as I wanted, and the return process was clear and simple (and free!). Although my purchase didn't quite suit me, I will certainly be back for other things :-)

Accidently bought wrong size item - rang the company and it didn't take me long to get through to someone who was extremely helpful. Received an immediate refund. Ordered correct item and this arrived extremely quickly. Am really impressed with this company and will buy from them again.

I ordered what I expected to be a fabulous silk kaftan - it was a Gottex kaftan that looked fabulous on the website. When it arrived it had been folded into the smallest bag and packaging so when I unwrapped it it looked like a rag! I didn't even want to try it on. I've bought a few items from this website in the past so will probably give it another go ... I was also very suprised not to hear back as I sent them a message - very bad customer service (well, NO customer service actually)!

The swimsuit I ordered was perfect and the only one I kept and wore after ordering at least 20 but the packaging was dire. I would have expected more than a manufacturers cellophane bag inside a post bag. Given that this particular item was £150 I would definitely have expected more. Next time, if i can find the same item, i will buy elsewhere. My first with this company was a lacklustre experience. That said, the product is of good quality and the next day delivery I paid for was honoured.

It was easy to order last minute before my holiday and I was kept up to date by text and email so knew exactly when my package would arrive. My order was well packed and came with clear returns instructions. I sent an item back as I had ordered 2 sizes to try and received the money within a week. Really straightforward and no hassle.
