First pair of laces didn't fit, so Dave swapped them for a different pair. It was simple to send them back and the second pair arrived quickly. The second pair are perfect! It's rare to find such good old fashioned customer service these days, but Big Laces do it really well.

Absolutely excellent service, no problem in finding some difficult long bootlaces which arrived very promptly. I believe I won't ever buy laces from anyone else.

I bought a pair of laces from here but had a problem with them (they were a faulty pair that started to fray within a few days), so I wrote to Dave and he offered me a free replacement or an upgrade to a more robust design, which I accepted. They arrived very quickly and are extremely good. I very much appreciated the great customer service and just wish that more online shops treated their customers as well as this.
