When one of the laces on a pair of boots broke I couldn't find a pair of laces that were long and thin enough until I found the Big Laces website. Thanks to the postal strike they took three weeks to arrive (or I would have given 5 stars), but now that they have I'm delighted that they fit and I can wear my boots again.
