I’m going to be extremely honest here, unlike this company. They say they work with only the best contractors, yet a felon did the work on my brothers house. My brother never even sign a contract, the shady sales man dealt with my 81 year old father, who also never even signed nor received a contract, this is because it goes to your email account, but my dad doesn’t have a email account, but wait the nice felon says don’t work it just a technicality and makes a email up For my dad, tells him he won’t receive any more FPL bills and will only pay 80 something dollars a month, three months later I find out he was getting FPL bills, the contractor had FPL send him paperless bills to a email account that doesn’t exist. I did have my brother file a police report as the company asked, keep in mind my brother is a merchant marine and away at sea a lot, but he did file when he came home. Next thing we get is a collection notice, so I sent certified mail a request for validation of this debt, heard nothing! Now I find out while my brother wants to sell his home they have a UCC on his property, which is fraud because they dealt with my father not my brother. And my brother owns the house! You can’t be a good company if you don’t do background checks on contractors that you allow to use your company. This is not over yet, I’ve spoken to a few people and I will have my brother sue if this doesn’t get resolved ASAP
