Poor customer service. I needed the ordered items within a few days so opted for next day delivery at a cost of £8.95. The order was placed on a Wednesday morning. Information on delivery suggests that the items should be delivered by courier the next working day. Of the three ordered items one was out of stock but the others were not delivered until the following Tuesday. They were delivered by Royal Mail, which is the system used for standard delivery. I emailed Happy Puzzle to explain the problem and asked for a refund of the delivery charge. In fairness to them, they responded quickly and refunded the difference between next day delivery and standard delivery charges. No apology was given, just a very detached response. Somebody needs to sort their systems out. I was considerably inconvenienced and had to delay a planned journey. Not happy.

It's good to order from a UK family run business. Games are always top quality, delivery is good and there's a huge variety to choose from.

Item was delivered in plenty of time and was well wrapped . As it was a Xmas present for my great grandson’s friend I cannot say what the outcome will be but I’m sure from past experience it will prove to be a “great puzzle”
