Very pleased with customer services, as unbeknown to me my daughter had ordered the same item as I had for a grand sons birthday. Immediately I had a refund for the item I had bought, luckily it hadn't been despatched so that saved a lot of hassle.

Order HP 1725774-1. I received the parcel promptly after my order, by phone, but I was sent the wrong puzzles. I ordered" What's in a date?" A different jigsaw for every day of the year ( June 27th and October 29th ), but you sent me The Front page of the Times for those dates. I phone on Friday Feb 14th, and the lady I spoke to assured me someone would phone the following Monday ( Feb 17th). I have not heard from anyone ??? Judith Kasriel 07980 852956

A Grecian Computer puzzle arrived promptly, well packaged and as described. Unfortunately it wasn't quite suitable for my purposes and so it was returned and a Caesar's Calender puzzle ordered which arrived equally promptly. Royal mail managed to lose the puzzle I returned, however Talia from Happy Puzzle customer services was very helpful in my securing a full refund plus postage from royal mail. I would happily order from Happy Puzzle again, the Caesar's Calender puzzle has been well received.
